1. What types of panels can Zhongxuan wall panel grooving machines process?
They are compatible with mainstream wall panels such as SPC boards, bamboo-wood fiber boards, carbon crystal boards, calcium silicate boards, and wood-plastic boards. They support processing of various groove types including lock joint grooves, male-female grooves, and double-female grooves, and the cutter shafts and parameters can be customized according to panel thickness (3–20mm).
2.What is the advantage of Zhongxuan double end wall panel slotting groove machine
(1.) Adopt CNC PLC control system, featuring precise groove shaping and high straightness. It supports one-click switching between various groove types, with simple operation that eliminates the tedious process and errors of manual tool adjustment.
(2). The grooving machine is equipped with a marking saw, which effectively prevents panel edge chipping, fluffing and wire drawing during processing.

3. How to choose between a single-end grooving slotting machine, CNC double-end slotting grooving machine and a full-automatic grooving line?
Choose the single-end grooving machine for small-scale, single-specification production; it is compact in structure, low in cost and suitable for small workshops or sample processing.
Choose CNC Double-End Grooving Machine for small and medium-batch production; it features flexible single-machine operation and adapts to small orders of multiple specifications.
For large-scale mass production, select the full-automatic grooving line, which realizes automatic loading, grooving and discharging, requires only one operator for supervision, and has a production capacity more than three times that of a single double-end machine.

4. What is the processing precision of Zhongxuan grooving machines?
Adopting imported linear guides and servo positioning, the positioning precision of double-end synchronous grooving is ≤0.05mm, with tight seam joining and no gaps, meeting the high-precision requirements for wall panel splicing. The single-end grooving machine also ensures a processing precision of ≤0.1mm, which can satisfy basic production needs.
5. Is there significant vibration during equipment operation? What is the service life of the cutter shaft?
The machine body is made of ductile iron with heat treatment, and the cutter shafts undergo high-frequency quenching and dynamic balancing, resulting in low vibration during operation. With imported motors and bearings, the service life of the cutter shaft can reach more than 8,000 hours under normal working conditions.

6. What is the warranty period of the equipment? What does the warranty cover?
The whole machine comes with a 1-year warranty, and core components such as imported guide rails, servo motors and variable frequency spindles have an extended warranty of up to 18 months. Free repair services and replacement parts are provided during the warranty period, excluding damage caused by human factors.
7. Does the manufacturer provide installation and training services?
Free on-site installation and commissioning services are provided for CNC double-end grooving machines and full-automatic grooving lines; for single-end grooving machines, remote installation guidance and video training are available. Hands-on training is also conducted for operators, covering equipment operation, daily maintenance, troubleshooting and other content to ensure the team can operate independently.
8. What is the response speed of technical support when the equipment breaks down?
24/7 online technical support is available, and routine problems are solved remotely in real time. If on-site maintenance is required, technical personnel will arrive within 24 hours in East China and 48 hours in other parts of the country.

9. Can the grooving machine be customized for our special panels/groove types?
Customized development is supported. The equipment structure, cutter shaft configuration and CNC programs can be adjusted according to panel material, groove design and production capacity requirements to meet personalized production needs, and this customization service applies to single-end, double-end and full-automatic grooving equipment.
10. What is the production efficiency of the equipment?
The single-end grooving machine has a single-shift production capacity of about 1,000 ㎡ of wall panels; CNC Double-End Grooving Machine has a single-shift production capacity of about 3,000 ㎡; the full-automatic grooving line can reach a single-shift production capacity of more than 10,000 ㎡, with specific capacity varying slightly according to panel specifications and groove types.
