Take Zhongxuan’s double-end conveying grooving machine as an example. It can perform grooving on both ends simultaneously, doubling the efficiency compared with single-end grooving machines and greatly boosting overall production efficiency.

High Grooving Precision

Adopting CNC technology, the machine features precise positioning via CNC tool adjustment, enabling fast and accurate simultaneous grooving on both ends of panels. Moreover, the guide rail movement ensures grooving precision, eliminating errors caused by manual grooving, with the accuracy reaching the millimeter level.

Wide Application Range

It is capable of processing various panels, including medium-density fiberboard (MDF), blockboard, eco-board and solid wood board. It can also cut multiple groove profiles such as male-female grooves, lock-joint grooves, double female grooves and V-grooves. Customized cutters are available to meet the processing requirements of more special groove profiles.

For instance, the intelligent CNC system combined with a double-pressure device prevents panel deviation during grooving, while the rear positioning system further enhances grooving accuracy.
