I. Working Process:The production line operates fully automatically with minimal manual intervention,
following these steps: 1. Robot Automatic Loading: The robotic arm accurately grabs the boards and conveys them to the power conveyor table.
2. CNC Custom-width Slitting: The large boards enter the slitting machine, where the slitting width can be freely set via the CNC system according to production requirements.
3. Automatic Board Turning: The slit boards are flipped automatically by the board turning machine to meet the needs of double-sided processing.
4. Precision Grooving: The boards are transferred to the slotting machine via the roller conveyor table, and the finished products are output after the grooving process is completed.
