Precision and high-speed processing of longitudinal (both sides) grooves on panels. Equipped with left-right 3-axis and 6-station configuration, enabling one-time forming of all groove types and decorative film grooves.
Pressure roller & chain block conveyor system ensures smooth panel transportation, with grooving precision controlled within approximately 0.05mm (5 silk).
Saw Shaft Motors (1.1kW×2, one on each side):Prevents edge chipping or fraying of decorative films on special materials (e.g., melamine paper, PET, metal films). Equipped with 0.75kW×2 servo motors for fine adjustment of tool width (front and rear).
Spindle Motors (5.5kW×2, one on each side):Controlled by 0.75kW×2 servo motors for tool adjustment. Supports simultaneous installation of 3-4 groove types, realizing one-key switching and eliminating complex tool adjustment processes—truly achieving one-button operation.
Router Motors (3.5kW×2, one on each side):Driven by 0.75kW×2 servo motors, designed for lock groove processing in conjunction with spindle motors.
Travel Inverter Motor (2.2kW):Adopts chain transmission to enhance travel stability.
