· The frame undergoes integral welding followed by 24-hour heat treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring permanent structural stability without deformation.

· Pressure roller & chain block conveyor system ensures smooth panel transportation, with grooving precision controlled within 0.05mm (5 silk).

Saw Shaft Motors (3.5kW×2, one on each side):Servo-driven saw shafts prevent edge chipping or fraying of decorative films on special materials (e.g., melamine paper, PET, metal films). Equipped with 0.75kW×2 servo motors for fine adjustment of tool width (front and rear).

Spindle Motors (7.5kW×2, one on each side):Controlled by 0.75kW×4 servo motors for vertical/horizontal tool adjustment.
