Guide Ruler Cylinder

The guide ruler realizes alignment and positioning during machining, which can effectively prevent the sheet from shifting. It guarantees high machining accuracy without errors.

Scoring Saw Device

Controlled by Xinje servo motors, the diamond saw blade performs pre-milling and surface scoring on sheets to avoid wire drawing, edge chipping and fluffing during grooving, resulting in smoother and flatter grooves (enhancing the smoothness of the cutting surface).

Spindle Device

The spindle can accommodate 3-4 sets of diamond profile cutters simultaneously, enabling processing of various groove types such as male-female grooves, lock grooves, double female grooves, V-shaped grooves, and U-shaped grooves. Controlled by servo motors, groove types can be switched with one key.

Engraving Cutter Device

It serves as an auxiliary tool for cutting lock mouth grooves. When used together with the spindle motor, it can complete the structure of lock grooves.

A floor spring pressure beam structure, it ensures more stable transportation of sheets with higher precision and no errors, thus making the sheet splicing more accurate.
